Delivery timelines are estimates—if there is a material delay, we will assist with tracking and resolution.
Can I install EaseRack Air without hiring an electrician?
It depends on your experience and local electrical requirements. EaseRack Air and Pro models connect in a similar way to a standard ceiling light, but if you are not familiar with electrical installation, we recommend using a qualified electrician for safety and compliance.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. You can request an invoice during checkout, or email us with your order number and billing details. We’ll provide an electronic invoice where applicable.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free or discounted shipping for certain regions during promotions. Import duties, taxes, or handling fees are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Where can I install my EaseRack?
Installation location depends on the model and your home’s structure. Many customers install EaseRack products in areas such as balconies, bathrooms, or laundry rooms.
- For sloped ceilings, a compatible cable or mounting kit may be required (if available for your model).
- For wall mounting, please use compatible brackets designed for your specific product.
- For plasterboard/drywall, suitability depends on reinforcement and correct anchors—professional assessment may be needed to ensure safe load support.
